We will renovate an existing façade as follows.

In case of moderate pollution such as graffiti or soot, we sand your facade. We adjust the pressure according to the nature of pollution and the type of the ground and clean light or deep.
In case of heavy pollution, we apply chemical cleaning. Because of the extra biologically degradable cleaning products dissolve the dirt on your facade faster on.
We additionally protect the cleaned facade with a hydrofuge. We impregnate the outer wall and make it damp and dirt resistant and slowing down.
We can also insulate your facade, making your home more energy-efficient is becoming.
We bring your façade back to its original state and strive for authenticity.

Possibilities finishing facades

Crepi: we apply this cement mixture both smooth and rough to your facade, making it suitable for all building styles. You choose from a range of colors.
Slates: are light and easy to insulate and therefore very suitable as wall cladding.
Painting: a painted façade looks fresh and well-cared for and also protects against moisture penetration.

Tip: choose a sustainable acrylic paint on water basis. It is decorative, flexible, breathable for the wall, colourfast and resistant to UV rays.
